For over 40 years, our experienced watch and clock maker have seen and repaired it all.  Whether you need a simple battery replacement, a grandfather clock cleaning or a complete restoration.

    If you are unable to reach us during normal business hours, we are assisting other customers.  Due to a very high call volume, please do not leave a message, as they are not checked, but try your call again later.  Or fill out the contact form below and click “submit.”  We will get back to you during normal, business hours.  This form is for customers and serious inquiries only.  NO soliciting! 

     

    We observe most major holidays and will be closed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.  All other closures will be posted here.

     

    The Clock Shop of Richmond will never share/sell any customer information.  All information given to us will be kept private and protected.

     

    We reserve the right to refuse service at any time. 

     

    Smile, your on camera!  For security purposes we have multiple cameras and reserve the right to record/video anyone that enters the store.

     

    Inclement weather:  If the forecast is calling for over 3 inches of snow/ice, you have a service call scheduled for that day, and you do not receive a confirmation phone call by 10:30am, most likely we have closed.  We apologize for any inconvenience and will contact you once we are back in the office, and the roads are safe.  Your service call will be rescheduled.
