We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Cash and Checks (With valid ID).   

• $75 fee for checks returned by the bank.

• In-Home/Office Service Call, base Fees are due at the time/date of the scheduled Service call.

• Payment is due at time of service.  Payments received after 10 days will incur 10% interest, monthly, until paid in full. Storage fees may also apply.

• No 3rd party billing. 3rd party repairs will require payment in full before any repairs will begin. If a price range is given, the lesser amount will be due, upfront.

• No layaway. If you would like to make payments on your repair(s) you may do so at any time. Once your item is ready, and we have called for pick up, it must be picked up within 60 days, or storage fees will apply.

• We do not offer discounts or coupons.

• Deposits are required on all new movement (mechanical clocks only), subcontract work and watch repair.

• Any court fees associated with an attempt to collect funds will be the customer’s responsibility. The Clock Shop of Richmond reserves all rights under Virginia Code § 46.2-644.02 & § 46.2-644.03. 

• We reserve the right to increase prices to reflect current costs from our distributors. If there is a price increase after a repair has been approved, you will be notified.
