Sales/Resale
- New items come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
- 1/2 down is required on all special orders and are not refundable/exchangeable.
- Please note, we do not advertise retail items online or elsewhere.
- Resale items do not always sell right away and will require service/repairs. Service/repairs may take several months.
Consignment
- Grandfather/Tall Case/Floor standing clocks only. This is a limited service and depends on the style/make of your clock. We keep 35% of the selling price. Clocks that we sell include a 1 year warranty so, any needed repairs will also be included in the selling price and the customer’s responsibility.
- Consignment items must be approved before being brought in. We will call you with a fair, selling price and go over pricing with you before an item is placed on the sales floor.
- Consignment items are final sale. NO refunds or exchanges.
- When purchasing one of our consignment items, we require 1/2 down.
- Some items do not sell right away, so most likely the clock will also need service/repairs. Service/repairs are included, unless otherwise stated on the sales tag, and may take several months or more to complete.
Selling your Timepiece
Have a clock you want to sell? We do purchase them periodically and depending on the item. You may bring the item by the shop at your convenience or email us by clicking on the “Contact” tab above. We will let you know if we are interested. This is limited as we have had over 100 clocks donated since COVID began with very limited space.
Please note, we do not purchase quartz/battery powered clocks, 31-Day mechanical clocks (wall or mantel), electric clocks, watches or pocket watches.
Watch Bands
- We carry Leather, Silicone and Nylon bands, only.
- Some sizes/colors will have to be special ordered.
- Due to individual use/wear, bands are warrantied for 1 month. The band must be in mint/resalable condition with all original packaging and receipt. A store credit or exchange will be issued for all bands that are non-saleable or without a receipt.
