Important Policy Overview
All refunds and exchanges are subject to the conditions below. Some items and services are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Cash refunds and/or check payments may require a refund check to be issued.
Final Sale Items
Special orders and consignment items are final sale. No exchanges or refunds are offered on these items.
Estimate Fees
We do not offer refunds on estimate fees.
Installed Parts
Parts installed during repairs are supplied by distributors and may be custom-made or modified to fit your timepiece. We do not offer refunds on installed parts.
Watch Bands
Watch bands are warrantied for 1 month due to individual use and wear.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the band must be in mint, resalable condition and include all original packaging and receipt.
Items that do not meet these conditions or are missing a receipt may be eligible for store credit or exchange only.
