We do not close for lunch. No appointment is needed to drop off or pick up.

Holiday Closures & Privacy

We observe most major holidays and will be closed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, the 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Other closures will be posted here.

The Clock Shop of Richmond will never share or sell any customer information. All information given to us will be kept private and protected.

Security & Conduct

Smile, you’re on camera. For security purposes we have multiple cameras and reserve the right to record anyone who enters the store.

The Clock Shop of Richmond will not tolerate abusive language or behavior.

We reserve the right to refuse service at any time. No refunds will be given on estimate fees or deposits.

Inclement Weather

If the forecast is calling for over 3 inches of snow or ice, you have a service call scheduled for that day, and you do not receive a confirmation phone call by 10:30 AM, most likely we have closed.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will contact you once we are back in the office and the roads are safe. Your service call will be rescheduled. The safety of our staff, customers, and their property is our first priority.
